RIHANNA - STAY // COVER

Here’s a little cover I did of ‘Stay’ by Rihanna. 

Its a beautiful song about finding love, a state I’m currently experiencing in my own life. What I like about this song musically is that its very open to play with. You can definitely challenge yourself, and go bold, or keep it simple and sing it elegantly and delicate. I felt I found a natural flow in regards to how I interpret it. I’ve also grown to absolutely adore and respect Rihanna. She has her own fierce giving-no-fucks-attitude which you can’t help but love. She owns it, kills it. And just by watching her, she makes you feel cool too. Or at least I feel that way haah, there’s just no room not feel her.
