GRANOLALA

This is that smell, that flavour that fixes any day. Eat it hot straight out the oven on a smoothie bowl or just with some creamy almond milk, topped with dark chocolate of course. 

APPLE GRANOLA 

 1 big jar 40 min 

you need 

  • 1 bag(1kg) rolled oats 
  • 1 cup almonds, rough chopped 
  • 1 cup walnuts or other nuts, rough chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tablespoon flax seeds (optional) 
  • 2 apples, cut in small cubes 
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil 
  •  1/3 cup maple syrup or agave 

how 

  • mix all the dry
    then add the apples and the wet stuff 
  •  set oven on 220 C or 428 F 
  • pour the mix on a baking tray which has been greased or covered in baking paper 
  • bake for 15 MIN then take out the tray to mix everything
    return to oven and repeat, then turn oven off and let tray stay in the oven with the heating off, this allows the granola to dry and become crunchy 
  • eat that baby hot
